📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

📢 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Send an email to cservice@xieduoyouxuan.com with your order number and a description (and photos if applicable) of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

📬 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at scservice@xieduoyouxuan.com and we will try to update it before dispatch.
